Before entering politics, Redekopp owned and operated a home building company, Cherry Creek Homes, since 2008 with his wife, Cheryl. Previously, he held various management and accounting roles between 1989 and 2008 for manufacturing companies like New Holland, Flexi-coil, and CNH Industrial.
Redekopp and his wife jointly own Redekopp Holdings Inc., a holding company Warman, Saskatchewan which holds shares of a car wash and of the Saskatoon-based commercial property developer Six Guys Joint Venture.
