Before entering politics, Epp was a regional representative at Canadian Foodgrains Bank, a Christian food charity, from 2015 to 2019. From 2007 to 2014, he was vice president of Ontario Agricorp.
Epp holds significant investment assets, including an interest in a holding company that owns animal feed companies in Tanzania.
