David McKenzie

Before entering politics, McKanzie practised business law at Wilson Laycraft in Calgary from 2019 to 2025. He has been a partner at DD West (2018–2019) and ProVenture Law (2004–2017), both boutique law firms in Calgary. From 2000 to 2004, he practised at Drummond Phillips and Sevalrud’s Calgary office.
From 1996 to 2000, McKenzie was a foreign service officer at the Canadian embassy in Caracas, Venezuela.
