Details:

Prior to his election to parliament, Duncan was an advisor at JED Express, an Ontario-based trucking company from 2016 to 2019. He was a member of the North Dundas Township Council from 2006 to 2008, becoming mayor in 2010. During the same period, he was an executive assistant to MP Guy Lauzon.
Duncan holds significant investment assets. He solely owns rental properties in Ottawa and Williamsburg, Ontario.
