Before becoming an MP, Lefebvre was a member of Quebec’s National Assembly from 2016 to 2025 for the Coalition Avenir Québec. From 2001 to 2009, he was a city councillor in Victoriaville, Quebec.
From 2011 to 2017, Lefebvre was president and CEO of Chevrons Vigneault, a Saint-Ferdinand-based company that manufactures beams. He founded a pub, Le Caméléon, in Victoriaville, in 1999. He holds a significant interest in 9121–9550 Québec Inc., a real estate holding company in Victoriaville.
Lefebvre solely owns two rental units in Victoriaville and one in Quebec City. His spouse, Geneviève Laliberté, also owns a rental unit in Victoriaville.
