Before becoming an MP, Sudds was a city councillor in Ottawa from 2018 to 2021. From 2017 to 2018, she was executive director of the Digital Governance Council’s CIO strategy council, an organization which convenes chief information officers in the digital technology sector.
From 2013 to 2017, Sudds was the president and executive director of the North Kanata Business Council. From 2004 to 2017, she was a transfer pricing economist for the international tax strategy division of the Government of Canada.
Sudds’ husband, Tim, owns and operates Design Craft Homes Inc., a residential and commercial contracting and construction business.
