Jonathan Wilkinson

Before being elected to parliament, Wilkinson was from 2014 to 2015 an executive at the Foresight Cleantech Accelerator Centre, a technology nonprofit in Burnaby, B.C. From 2011 to 2014, he was CEO of BioteQ Environmental Technologies, an industrial water treatment company. From 2009 to 2011, he was a senior vice president at Nexterra Systems, a manufacturer of biomass gasification systems.
Wilkinson was employed by the gas purification firm QuestAir Technologies from 1999 to 2009, becoming CEO in 2022. From 1995 to 1999, he was a manager at the business consulting firm Bain & Company.
From 1991 to 1995, Wilkinson was in the provincial public sector in Saskatchewan, including as advisor to NDP Premier Roy Romanow from 1992 to 1993.
Wilkinson’s wife, Tara Wilkinson, holds significant investment assets in the form of exchange-traded funds.
