Kelly DeRidder

Before entering politics, DeRidder was a project manager at Rockwell Automation, a, American company that manufactures industrial automation hardware and software, for three years. In 2021, she co-founded Housemate, an app for listing residential rental properties.
From 2022, DeRidder was contract faculty at Conestoga College in Kitchener. She has held numerous management positions in the industrial manufacturing sector, including at APC Filtration, Dematco Manufacturing, and Wester Truck Body.
