Before her election, Dandurand was a Liberal Party staffer for four years, holding communications roles and eventually becoming chief of staff to Minister of National Revenue Marie-Claude Bibeau in 2024.
Prior to entering politics, Dandurand taught business courses at the Université de Sherbrooke from 2017 to 2021. During the same period, she worked at the market research firm Orange K, becoming its president in 2018. She continues to hold a controlling interest in that company.
Dandurand was also a freelance journalist from 2012 to 2021. She was a communications agent for Ski Bromont from 2013 to 2104 and for Bombardier from 2011 to 2013. From 2006 to 2010, she was a journalist for La Tribune, a daily newspaper in Sherbrooke, Quebec.
