Before entering politics, Ménard was an arts reporter for Radio-Canada from 2014 to 2025. She was the general director of Galeries Montréal, an arts marketing business, from 2015 to 2016. In 2005, she founded Mandala Sitù Danse, a performance art company of which was artistic director from 2005 to 2015.
