Before entering politics, Gaudreau was from 2015 to 2019 the director general of the Haut-Laurentides Community Development Corporation, a group of community health and social service organizations. From 2013 to 2014, she was an information officer in the Laurentian Integrated Health and Social Services Center (CISSS des Laurentides).
From 2009 to 2011, Gaudreau was a political attaché to Bloc Québécois MP Johanne Deschamps.
Gaudreau was communications director for Produits Forestiers Bellerive, a building materials wholesaler, from 2002 to 2005. She then became the director of Table Forèt Laurentides, a nonprofit that promotes the forestry industry.
Gaudreau owns two businesses in Mont-Laurier, Quebec, including a recreational centre. She and her spouse jointly own a rental property in Mont-Laurier, Quebec.
