Michael Chong

Before entering politics, Chong was a senior advisor at the Greater Toronto Airports Authority for three years. From 1999 to 2000, he was chief information officer for the NHL Players’ Association. From 1997 to 1999, he was head of IT for the investment firm Mackie Research Capital. From 1994 to 1997, he was an IT analyst at the multinational bank Barclays.
Chong and his wife own Stonedale Farms Limited, a farm corporation in Elora, Ontario.
