Before being elected to parliament, Lattanzio was a city councillor in Montreal. Prior to entering politics, she was the chair of the Comité de gestion de la taxe scolaire de l’île de Montréal (School Tax Management Committee of the Island of Montreal) and a school commissioner for the English Montreal School Board.
Lattanzio jointly owns a rental property in Montreal.
