Before entering politics, Earle held several executive positions in the air transportation sector, notable as president and CEO of Air Labrador from 2000 to 2025, vice president of Air Borealis from 2017 to 2025. From 2000 to 2002, he was director of business and government relations at the Pike Group of Companies, which owns transportation and wholesale businesses in Newfoundland and Labrador.
