Randy Hoback

Before being elected to parliament, Hoback worked in the office of Agriculture Minister Chuck Strahl.
From 1985 to 2005, Hoback was president of Hoback Enterprises, a grain farm.
Hoback did two three-year stints (1993–1996 and 2003–2006) as a sales manager for Flexi-Coil, a farm equipment manufacturer. From 1996 to 1999, he was a marketing manager for the agriculture and construction machinery company CNH Industrial.
Hoback and his wife, Jerry, own three rental properties in Fish Lake, Saskatchewan.
