Before being elected to the federal parliament, Dancho was an assistant to Manitoba cabinet ministers from 2016 to 2019.
Dancho was a policy analyst for the Manitoba Conservative Party from 2014 to 2016. Previously, she was briefly a policy analyst for Frontier Centre for Public Policy, a right-wing think tank that promotes free markets and climate change denial.
