Rhéal Fortin

Prior to entering politics, Fortin was a lawyer at the Montreal-based law firm Dunton Rainville for eight years. Previously, he practised law at Bissonnette Fortin Giroux (now Bissonnette Giroux) in Saint-Jérôme, Quebec.
Before attending law school, Fortin worked for eight years at the BASF chemical plant in Laval.
Fortin holds significant investment assets, including sole ownership of a rental property in Saint-Sauveur, Québec.
