Before entering politics, Morrison was the COO of RAM Strategic Security Consulting, a Vancouver-based consulting firm. From 2013 to 2014, he was a vice president at Gatekeeper Systems, a video security systems company.
From 2012 to 2013, Morrison was a director at the Treasury Board of Canada. From 1999 to 2012, he was an RCMP officer.
