Yvan Baker

Details:

Upon finishing his MBA in 2008, Baker joined the Boston Consulting Group as a management consultant. From 2014 to 2018, he was the Ontario Member of Provincial Parliament for the riding of Etobicoke Centre.
In 2018, Baker founded his own consultancy firm, Maple Strategies. In 2019, was an instructor at York University’s Schulich School of Business for six months.
Baker’s fiancée, Amanda Simard, was the Ontario MPP for Glengarry—Prescott—Russell. Simard was elected as a Conservative in 2018, but crossed the floor to join the Liberals in 2020.
