Massive cuts in Quebec's public sector

After years of cuts under the Charest and Couillard Liberal governments, the CAQ is continuing in the same direction. But cutting back does not make needs disappear. Legault’s reforms, under the pretext of efficiency, are primarily paving the way for the private sector, which is now profiting from a growing share of public services.
